Get to know me
Hannah Butcher
I started my own personal training service to support beginners in their fitness journeys, because I was that person only three years ago. Going to the gym felt too scary; surely everyone else already knew what they were doing and I'd stick out like a sore thumb? I realised that working with a PT would give me the confidence to do more, and do it well. Now I can walk into any gym and do my deadlifts, squats and bicep curls completely focused on my own goals, and not worry about everyone else around me.
Vision
To create a safe environment for every person to be able to build confidence with exercise.
Female personal trainer on the Costa del Sol
As a female PT, I work with clients of all genders, binary and non-binary. I am inclusive of the LGTBQ+ community, all ethnicities, and will always try to accommodate individuals with disabilities within my remit as a Level 3 personal trainer. I am diagnosed as autistic with ADHD, so I have a lot of lived experience with neurodivergent traits and how this can affect exercise.
